Walmart Vision Center

Excellent experience! The optometrist was great. Service was fast and friendly. Special shout out to Jeremy in the Vision Center, who was FANTASTIC with customers!! So kind and friendly. He made the experience pleasant and easy!!

We have both been to this eye center for exams and/or glasses 4x's over the last few years and have consistently received STELLAR customer service from beginning to end. Honestly, we were initially hesitant to try an eye center in a Walmart, but after having a HORRIBLE experience at Eye Associates (next door to Sam's on 34th N), we decided to try this office. I cannot adequately explain how pleased we were with the care and attention we received. The entire staff is friendly, polite, efficient, patient, knowledgeable, personable, and extremely professional. A special acknowledgement of the young lady (Jordan?) who helped my partner find just the right pairs of glasses. She was absolutely wonderful in every way. *Bonus: The selection was surprisingly great and the prices were phenomenal as well! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

My experience here was great until management went under. I brought my glasses in to be replaced but they only replaced my lenses which was fine. But later that week my glasses were stepped on at work so I brought them back in to be replaced. I had insurance on my glasses. They said ok it’s cool but I noticed the lady who was helping me took a picture of my glasses. Later that day I received a call from a guy named Jeremey who told me they were going to send my glasses to a separate company to determine if I deliberately broke them. (Don’t for get I had insurance). Then proceeded to tell me it looked I broke them. I called corporate I’m not sure if they did anything about the problem. So I called another store for their help. After Jeremey declined my request to speak to someone else. He constantly mentioned how to was the highest ranking person at the store and nobody was over him. He’s the eye doctor. I will never return for an eye exam with them. I been going to that location for at least 3 to 4 years. In the past I highly recommended them. Not anymore until new management and a new eye doctor are established I will never return. And I hope nobody has to deal with the scrutiny that I received for trying to claim my warranty from my glasses

Had a terrific experience. Excellent doctor. My contacts Rx is spot on. The team who measured me for glasses and worked through my insurance couldn’t have been better. Impressed and seeing clearly.

Sherry and Erin are the best! Very helpful helping me pick out sunglasses! And I had 2 pairs I sat on and they fixed in 2 minutes!
