Walked in today to try and order a pair of sunglasses. I am very disappointed in this staff. I have been coming here for years and have always been well taken care of. Today the lack of service shown by the staff left a lot to be desired. They have no clue who to wait on if there is more than one person in the store. I don’t know what happened to Erica but I wish she would come back! I will shop elsewhere for my sunglasses! I will only be back for exams!

I want to acknowledge customer service above and beyond by Ericka Murrell in the vision center. My issue was not big but she saw that I needed help with a pair of my own sunglasses. She suggested I bring in the sunglasses and she would help me with the minor repair. So I did that today. She remembered me and was so willing to fix my glasses. She could have said I should just buy a new pair and try to sell me new ones. Instead she eagerly fixed my glasses. This is the kind of worker who should be recognized for excellent customer service. She was delightful too. Thank you Erika. Keep up the good work, it is seen and appreciated.

Usually good service and usually never a problem. BUT! and this makes no sense to me. While traveling out of town I broke my sunglasses. I called the Palmetto vision store and wanted to place a replacement order for same exact pair that I broke. My Rx is up to date, so nothing needed. I just wanted to pay with a credit card over the phone and have the sunglasses re-ordered so when I get back in town they would be there waiting for me to pick up and not have to wait 1-2 weeks after i get home. I was informed Walmart DOES NOT take payment over the phone. Seriously? Maybe its to force you to come in and hopefully spend extra $money.? How disappointing and inconvenient.

Dr. Michael & Dr. Jane García are AMAZING so kind and explain everything. My only issues is the assistant named ERIKA… very rude very nasty dose not like to deal with clients. And RACIST i witnessed a Hispanic lady who struggle to see begging for an appointment keep in mind there was no one there when she got there. I was the only client so they had more than enough time. If you hate a certain race please do not work in this kind of job. After the lady left overwhelmed and struggling to see ERIKA just sat down and stay on her phone the rest of the time I was there. VERY DISAPPOINTED AND DISGUSTING TO SEE HOW SHE TREATS PATIENTS. And before they state you need an appointment I was a walk in client there was plenty of time to help the helpless lady it breaks my heart to see racial discrimination to this day especially at Walmart.

I lost my receipt to be able to follow my transaction and reactions. I chose to replace my RayBan wayfarers lens- one was shattered. During the removal of lens the glasses were stretched and glasses falling off my face. Michael listened to the problem and went to work immediately. He wrestled w the glasses and returned them back to me - with no more slippage. Michael’s care and great customer service was so refreshing. Thank you Michael and hope to see you soon.
