I had an amazing experience from beginning to end! The entire team is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and truly cares about helping each patient find the perfect pair of glasses. One thing I absolutely loved is that the entire staff is bilingual, making the experience comfortable and stress-free for English, Spanish and Creole-speaking customers. The level of experience is outstanding—some team members have up to 25 years of experience in the optical field, and it really shows. Sheila took the time to answer every question, explain my options, and helped me choose frames that fit my face, style, and budget perfectly. Their frame selection is beautiful, with so many modern and stylish options at excellent prices. Whether you’re looking for something affordable or designer frames, they have something for everyone. The customer service is exceptional, the entire process was smooth, professional, and enjoyable. It’s rare to find a place where you truly feel cared for. I highly recommend this optical to anyone looking for quality eyewear. Five stars without a doubt!

This review concerns the Walmart Optical 9990 Belvedere at the intersection of State Road 7, whereas many of these reviews are mistakenly for the Belvedere Road/Military Trail location. I continue to return year-in/year-out because of the service. Yeannet and their team of opticians are patient, professional, friendly and attentive, traits that are becoming something of a rarity. The warranty on the glasses is worthless, unless good people stand behind it: once again Yeannet brought my glasses “back to new” today. It is something of a bother that the models of the frames constantly change (“update”), but I keep returning for the excellent service, something I have yet to find elsewhere.

I had such a miserable experience with Gerlandine (GiGi). She was so impatient with me and my children whom I was trying to buy glasses for. Her attitude was very much like she couldn't care less if I found what I needed or not. She wasn't helpful with my questions - and yes I had a lot. Im a mommy on a budget. I decided against getting a second pair and missing out on the 2nd pair discount because I just wanted to end the interaction with her. Customer Service is so important and way more important than the discounted prices for me. Ill get my second pair somewhere else that shows me that they appreciates my business. 2 stars because I did get 2 pair of glasses for a good price that my kids are excited about. -3 for her customer service!

Dr. Cano is one of the best optometrists I've seen in my lifetime. His attention to detail is everything. Even has his own machine that takes a picture of your eyeball. With this he is able to visually see the veins in your eyeball, and determine how healthy it is. I went in there today and got contacts. The The representatives in the glasses area, are extremely helpful. This guy is on point. I would recommend him to anyone who needs the utmost professionalism regarding your eyesight.

I’ve ordered glasses and had my eyes checked here over the yearssssssss. Not sure why there has been so many bad reviews but I’ve ALWAYSSSSS had an easy and great experience here. I needed to reorder a pair of glasses and it was super easy and came in within 3 days. I’ll keep coming as long as the service continues to be superb.
