I’m visiting from out of state and my glasses nose pads fell off… it was very uncomfortable and painful, so I went in to see if they could fix them for me, even though I was not their patient. I was greeted with such great customer service! Not only were they super friendly and fixed them for me in no time, they did it free of charge and would not let me pay them for their work. I’m so thankful for their help! Now I can enjoy my visit.

Unfortunately, I had to give a rating to express my views otherwise I wouldn't have given one star. We had an appointment at 3:20, I had to drive 30 miles to this appointment. When we arrived on time there was a question about my insurance. I called the insurance company from the office had the issues cleared up but was waiting for the authorization for a vision test on my son who had failed a vision screener at school. The doctor (Daniels) was ready to leave for the day (3:40) because she has a two hour drive home. Needless to say we didn't have the scheduled eye exam and will never be back to this facility. My whole family (of 4) has used Walmart Vision Center in Enterprise, AL in the past. I will not recommend Walmart Vision Center to anyone. The employees were helpful and seemed understanding, regardless of this I will not be rescheduling an appointment and will be taking my business elsewhere.

I've gone here for my yearly checkup the last three years. Customer service is subpar. There has been an issue with getting my correct prescription each time and despite considerable effort on my part they still can't seem to get it right. Each year they've "lost" my chart and take a solid 20 minutes to find it. Don't waste your time or money.
