For eye checkup its good .....but not purchasing glasses ...you would get more bill (out of pocket) than what they quote from walmart after 30 to 45 days if you are buying through insurance especially. Eye doctor and front office lady both are very helpful ,quick and experienced ….but when my friend took appointment for contacts exam and when he reached center they said it would do eye and contacts both … not just one contacts … he had to pay for eye exam along with contacts.

Hours of operation for the Optical Center says 9a-7p. I got there at 9a and no one was there. I stood outside of the Center until 9:15a. I asked one of the Walmart associates if anyone was coming and she said they are just running late and thats it.
I have been ripping and running behind the only person whom handle Medicaid customers since Monday! I have yet to to get the assis I need to fulfill a prescription for my daughters. I am highly upset because I was told differently timeframes the lady would be at work BUT SHE IS NEVER THERE!!!! 3 days I have been going into this establishment and No one can assist with fulfilling my prescriptions!!! The work hours n lunch break that this company is Allowing for the Medicaid lady to be off the more than On the clock needs to be adjusted!!!!
Unprofessional experience at Walmart Eye Center. The young lady assisting us stated she was “just a worker,” which left me questioning why weekend staff aren’t knowledgeable enough to help. My daughter’s glasses were never ordered, and despite calling for a week straight, no one ever answered the phone. Very disappointing service.
Horrible I have tried to get in contact with them for 2 days now and they pick up the phone then hang up or pick up then put me back on hold without saying anything. If you dont want to work quit! There are plenty of people out here that needs a job!
