Walmart vision center in Mena is my favorite place to go to get my glasses. I have had the pleasure of dealing with Randy, Shawn and Brandi. They have all been excellent.

They keep telling me to come in and get my glasses then say they’re not ready. Then proceed to make a smart remark on how I should call if I know I have a long drive after they told me they’d be ready the day I came in. I like the the other Walmart vision centers just not this one.

The employees are rude and give you terrible service, just go to any other vision center you can find other than this one
