I had such a great experience at the Vision Center thanks to Tiffany! She truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. From start to finish, her customer service was amazing she was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and kind. Tiffany made the whole process easy and stress-free. Highly recommend asking for her if you visit!
Miguel is awesome! I bought prescription long distance glasses for driving, that come with magnet prescription sunglasses (so one pair but great for both day and night driving). Then two pairs of prescription reading glasses (I tend to lose them more) lol. I used my $200 limit on my insurance then with the 40% special, they are running now, I was out the door for $101.00 WOW!!. And I watched him be sooo patient and helpful with an elderly lady, he helped before he could work with me. I did feel bad, for him though, between her and I he had to stay long after store was to be closed. But his attention to detail and helpfulness never waivered for a second.
Walked into Walmart for an eye exam and right away one of the workers named Miguel waved us over and helped us get situated. He was very professional in what he was doing and knew exactly what he was doing. He made for a great experience at the Walmart vision Center.
I just went to try to buy some glasses and the man said the prescription paper had to be printed. So I raced home and came back with 10 minutes to spare and he had closed the vision center early. I feel this was so disrespectful and rude. He has glasses, was on the younger side, with black shortish hair. Hopefully he’s not the main guy in charge.
