Came in with my mom’s pair of glasses that needed a new frame and right away I was helped . The customer service here was really good and both ladies are very sweet. They fixed my mom’s glasses and went above and beyond . Thank you ladies so much for your help. Thanks Regina for all your help.
I had such a wonderful experience here thanks to Regina! She was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely cared about helping me. She took so much time to work through an insurance issue that she didn’t have to handle, but she went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. I was looking to get new glasses at Walmart Vision and Regina Paleo was helping me. And she helped me to pick out a pair that fit my Insurance coverage. I was blown away how much little I have to pay. Compare going to a private Vision Specialist. MS. Paleo was great she was very knowledgeable and courteous.she has great customer service skills and was very personable. I highly recommend Walmart Vision.
We just finished up with Regina. Best optician ive had in 30+ years. We will for sure be returning again due to her excellent service. Very friendly and knowledgeable.
