My experience at this optical location has been phenomenal. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I received assistance from Destiny who was extremely helpful, fast and knowledgeable. I am happy and satisfied with my purchase of glasses and contact lenses at this location. I do recommend this office for an eye exam and glasses. I also recommend you ask for Destiny.

Staff is very friendly. This goes for both the doctor and the front sales. I was very happy with how quickly I was seen and I received my glasses in about 1 week. They also did a follow up call to check how I was liking my new glasses. I recommend this location.

This store and the staff use to be great but the customer service standards are fallen to zero. i have been regular customer for years and the new staff was adamant that i did not purchase glasses here and did not even check the computer records. take your business somewhere else. not a good store.

The staffs are really helpful and nice. Super welcoming, The doctor is very sweet and patient. I was glad to have my glasses that have correct lens and perfect fit. Thank you, Doctor. I will recommend my family and friends.

Terrible. Admin staff is so rude. Have been a patient for almost 20 years started with Dr. Swanson. New Staff & Providers are such a downgrade. Very unprofessional. Broke 2 pairs of glasses & bent beyond repair. Told me my contacts were on back order and then turns out they never ordered them for over 2 months....Asked for trials and acted like it was my fault. Marlene, the providers receptionist told me "Dr said its not gonna fly anymore" I am not sure what kind of medical professional would speak that way. Thanks to Marlene I will go be a cash patient elsewhere. Sure could use some CS training.
