Walmart Vision Center

I have been coming to see Dr. Truong since 2001. She is very good at what she does, very friendly and always works hard to get me the right prescription. My eyes are not typical, and trying to fit contacts is not easy. She is always very patient and strives to find me the best options. Even when I lived two hours away, I kept coming here for my exams. Now I'm back in the area and I'm so glad she's still here. I went ahead and ordered glasses too and Carla was super helpful, very nice, fun to talk to, and very good at her job. I'm so glad I found this place so many years ago.

Five stars for Karla Vasquez at the Walmart Vision Center! Karla made the process of ordering new glasses for my Mom quick, easy, and stress-free. Very friendly, professional, and helped us find a great pair of frames that fit her budget. Excellent customer service!

I have a great experience overall at this store. The manager Karla was VERY helpful and I’m loving my new Meta glasses !! They are very friendly and are willing to wait as long as you need, for you to be happy ! Highly recommend

My son needed his glasses switched under warranty that was a time-sensitive issue due to him being near and far-sighted. Veronica went above and beyond in helping me achieve this. I called another local Walmart Vision Center whom I usually go to. However, their offered solutions compared to Veronica were night and day. An added bonus is that this Vision Center has a highly knowledgeable Store Manager, Karla. Quality and even outstanding services, especially in the Optometry field, can be difficult to find these days. Most do not care and treat customers as another number. Not Veronica. She actually wants to help her customers and will go above and beyond to 'think outside the box' in helping customers find solutions according to their individualized needs. I will now be going back to Walmart Vision Center (Westminster) from now on as my husband, two children, and myself, all wear glasses.

This is a must-post review! The Vision Center inside the Westminster Walmart has been the best optical office I’ve ever been to. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted and felt extremely welcomed. All of the ladies were friendly, helpful, and professional. Karla, the manager, personally assisted me, and I was truly impressed. At many places, managers aren’t very hands-on, but that is absolutely not the case here. She was knowledgeable, attentive, and efficient, all while welcoming other customers and making sure no one felt ignored. Even with another customer waiting to be assisted by her, she took her time with me and never made me feel rushed. I absolutely love my glasses and couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Thank you to Karla and the entire team for such a wonderful experience!
