Walmart Vision Center

Ok I am debunking any bad review for this Walmart Vision location. I had an eye exam that was quick and professional. Then I wanted lenses replaced for some cool frames I found, and the manager there was fantastic. They were very thorough and made sure I understood the options and process. In addition, I won’t be able to pick them up at this location and needed them shipped no another. They called the other location to verify everything for smooth sailing. I left very excited for my new glasses and extremely satisfied with the service!

Visited this doctor to get a visual acuity test completed for work. The doctor did not record his state license number on the report. I called today to ask for the state license number and the lady I spoke to was very rude, would not provide any information, and hung up on me. They are very unprofessional. If you expect things to be completed correctly and to be treated with respect you may want to find another location.

Today Monday Dec. 20,2021 I called the Walmart vision center in commerce city to schedule eye exams for my daughter and myself,piss poor service from the time the rep. answered the phone. She starts off by telling me she just walked in and was going to place me on a 3-4 minute hold because she needed to get herself moving!! I held on the line for fifteen minutes before hanging up!!! I will not be going there for my exam I will find somewhere else to take my business .

never had trouble with the optical personal, only took over 10 rings to get someone to answer the phone. the people here are helpful when you walk in. but the lab they use for making the glasses must suck two pairs and they never really worked right. tri-focals might be harder to make but the lab had to make the one pair twice. had no trouble with the eye doctor.

Great , Great customer service from the Manager Melissa !!! She was super helpful and answered all my questions !! I will be seeing them soon for some glasses!!
