I called to see if they took medicaid clients and the woman i spoke with qas extremely rude and condescending. I have expeirence working in hospital billing so I understand how insurance works. Yet she continued to just rudely repeat the same information to me instead of answering my actual questions. I am aware that medicaid does not cover the lenses and want to pay for them out of pocket. However, due to the rude first point of contact I will go elsewhere.

The doctor was very polite, educational, and took her time with me. I was happy with my experience with her. The only weird part was with the front staff at check out, the two women bickered about how much to charge me. I didn’t care about the $10 difference, it was just uncomfortable to be standing there watching them disagree about my balance. And yes, I was charged the extra $10 for some reason. Highly recommend the doctor though!
Today I was trying to call to see if my glasses was under warranty, and the service wasn't great. I called 6 times and the woman from the vision center kept transferring me. I understand if things are busy but I would have appreciated her saying she'll call me back instead of ignoring me.
I have come here for about 15 years. I have not had bad experiences. Dr Jackson is thorough and great to talk to. He diagnosed my son's keratoconus and referred us to a specialist. He explains things and never makes us feel rushed. I have always gotten my glasses and contacts quickly even when ordered shipped to my house. Other reviewers must have dealt with past employees as I have always gotten friendly prompt service here with or without insurance coverage.
I needed a screw replaced on my glasses, and while she was back in the office replacing the screw, she did a quick readjustment that I didn't even realize I needed, all complimentary! My glasses now fit better around my ears, making them stay in place better while I'm wearing them. Very impressed with the service here!
