⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t thank April enough for the outstanding customer service she provided. I had purchased a brand-new pair of prescription glasses from another Walmart Vision Center, but unfortunately one of the lenses had a factory defect that wasn’t caught during production or inspection. I was frustrated and disappointed, especially since the glasses were brand new. When I brought them to April, she immediately took the time to carefully inspect them. Thanks to her experience and attention to detail, she was able to identify that the problem was a manufacturing defect, not something caused by normal use or customer damage. She then went above and beyond by contacting the Walmart Vision Center where I originally purchased the glasses and helped coordinate getting the defective lens replaced. I honestly feel that many places might have tried to blame the customer or make the process much more difficult. April did the exact opposite. She listened, took my concerns seriously, and worked to find the right solution. Thank you, April, for your professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to help. You turned a frustrating situation into a positive experience. If you need prescription glasses or help with your eyewear, I highly recommend stopping by and asking for April!

I walked into the store to see if I could get a new pair of prescription eyeglasses. I’ve been using LensCrafters for a while, but it’s getting too expensive, although they do have a better selection of frames. Allen Z., who works there, approached me right away and helped me pick the perfect frame. He also immediately arranged an appointment with the eye doctor. That same day, I had my prescription done, and just as Allen promised, my new eyeglasses arrived within a week. I didn’t expect such great customer service and the quick arrival of my new pair. They promised, and they delivered
I had a great experience with John for scheduling my eye exam appointment and with Dr.Susan for the eye exam itself. The vision center staff: April and Bill went above and beyond in verifying my insurance info/benefits and taking care of new prescription. Thank you everyone!
I purchased my glasses at Walmart, and after a recent fall they became scratched and picked up an oily residue. While shopping at the Walmart Highlands Ranch location on Business Center Drive, I stopped by the Vision Center to ask if someone could briefly look at them and possibly clean them until I’m able to replace the lenses. There were no other customers in the Vision Center only two middle-aged male employees sitting and scrolling on their phones. The employee I approached would not even look at the glasses and immediately said, “There’s nothing we can do.” He appeared irritated that I had interrupted him. I asked if he could at least take a look, but he repeated the same response without ever examining them. As I left, I said, “I’ll get the lenses replaced somewhere else”. They both laughed. Neither ever left their seat and one never even looked up from his phone. They were dismissive, unprofessional, and unnecessarily rude.
I have been coming to this vision center since high school. In 2023 when I was getting my contacts and glasses they were clearing out their inventory of glasses and told me it was because the current company/management had been replaced and all of the current staff was being let go. When I call this year (2025) it was clear the new team is still working out kinks as I had to talk with 3 different people on the phone just to make the appointment because apparently only one person on staff knows the doctor’s schedule. It was frustrating when I showed up to my 10am appointment a week later and they tell me that my appointment was for 11 but that they’ll ’try to fit me in’. The appointment was definitely at 10. I work at noon, I’d never make an appointment at 11. Beyond that the gentleman who did my final booking confirmed about ten times on the call. It’s also frustrating that your booking manager does not know how to use the booking and payment technology. I stood around while she figured out how to get the iPad check in set up, and then stood around again after my appointment while she was on the phone with a help desk to process the transaction. Doctor Uddin is fine, if a little awkward. I may consider getting a second opinion though just because the experience was so jumbled and now I’m paranoid. Whatever company or management replaced the previous one was a major downgrade! I’ll no longer be using the Walmart vision centers.
