Walmart Vision Center

This past weekend my girlfriend & I went to the Walmart Optical in Naugatuck Walmart. We met and spoke to Victoria there. Told her what the Optometrist at My Eye Dr in Cheshire had reccommended "Progressive Lenses" for me. Victoria took the time to look at multiple frames on me and she made my decision that much easier. I recommend the Walmart Optical in Naugatuck Walmart. Victoria was great.

I walked into the store to schedule an appointment as a new patient. Afterwards I asked if they would be able to repair the earpiece to my current eyeglasses and they did. MeEye Dr facility where I am a patient informed me they couldn't fix or it would break. They lost me as a customer and I will walk in tomorrow to let them know and cancel my appointment. I thanked the tech and shared my experience. I am happy I went with my gut and asked. Thank you!😘

I had extremely good service both times I purchased eyeglasses from the Naugatuck Walmart store . Victoria was very helpful with each part of the step. And anytime your glasses need tweaking you could just stop in and they are happy to help you! Victoria really knows her stuff and I think the store would be lost without her.

Amazing experience with Danny and Victoria at the Naugatuck vision center. They both are not only professional and personable but genuinely care about their customers. They each went above and beyond to get me the best eyeglasses! Victoria helped me understand what may be incorrect with my current prescription. Danny spent time helping me find the perfect new frame and adjusting my old frame. He gave me his honest opinion on what looks best for my face and I really appreciate that. In addition, he noted an error on the new lenses and ordered corrected lenses, which came in very quickly. This definitely made a positive difference in my vision. I can’t say enough about Danny and Victoria. I trust them and truly enjoy working with them. I believe that Victoria is the store manager. It was easy to observe that she has a good rapport with her staff and treats them with respect and dignity. I enjoy doing business with a company that values their employees. It’s important to me. In addition when staff feels valued and the interactions are positive, it makes for a very pleasant shopping experience. Going forward, if Danny is not in, I will wait until he is. He truly is that good. Vision Center is very fortunate to have two such amazing employees!!!! I am now a very loyal customer.

Steven Gagnon was very helpful, knowledgeable, and skillful. Any questions I had he answered with professionalism and gave great information in helping me learn more about glasses since this was my first pair ever. He helped guide me into picking the perfect pair of glasses to help suit me. I will continue going to Steven for future eye care.
