Robby is great( Optician)! Very knowledgeable about optics and explained the delicacies of my astigmatism to me and why I may have been having issues with my glasses. I appreciate his patience and great customer service. Heidy was also very helpful in ensuring I had what I needed. Highly recommend.

I gave 2 stars because I don’t know how the actual doctor is and they may be great. I will also say the staff I have talked to are very friendly. Here’s where I have the problem. I have waited 2 months to get into see someone anywhere because of eye problems I need to get checked on but also I am out of contacts and need glasses as well. Anyway, I had another appointment with another place on the 11th but I got in touch with here and could get in today so I cancelled the other. Walmart DID try to call to “confirm my appointment.” The voicemail literally says, “please call this number to confirm your appointment and avoid a no show fee.” Yesterday was a holiday so I called them this morning to confirm and ask a question. They just informed me after they told me the other day they take my insurance now they don’t. Now I have cancelled another appointment and can’t get in to see someone when I need to go before next week (because I won’t be in town next week possibly). Now I don’t know what to do. Yes I will admit I hung up abruptly but I was trying to not get upset as I have been waiting to see somewhere a while and have cancelled the other one. This should have been know and I understand mistakes are made. I make them a lot but it should be honored after this was already made and I should have been seen. I feel like this should’ve been made right after I was told something else.
If I could give less than 1 star I would!!! The doctor I have no review on. That was fun. I ordered contacts and I have waited weeks for them to get in, only to have partial order. when I tried to arrange pickup their hours are so limited!! They do not take payment over the phone. So I have to go in and pay for them, but they wont give me my contacts because a certain someone needs to be there in order to release them and that person gets off at 5pm. Never will I go to Walmart Vision in Villa Rica GA. again...EVER!! The very worst in customer service
I had a contact that tore in my eye, and I called the next day to be seen by the office. The optician told me they were fully booked but she would do her best to fit me into their scheduled. I was seen after work and given a very affordable prescription by Dr. James. I travel a lot because of my job position, and I have to say this is one of the best Wal-Mart Vision Centers I have visited in the past 12 years. The staff is very attentive and understanding. I will now be using them permanently.
I visit Walmart center today the Villa Rica location and Mr. Robbie did a very excellent job. I picked up my glasses. He took time to make sure they fit my face everything to my liking awesome job.
