Terrible place. The lady was rude with me when I asked if they took my insurance. She acted like I was supposed to know that their doctor is “independent” and “never takes insurance”. Very rude staff and would not recommend to anyone else.

BITTERLY DISAPPOINTING. There is no problem waiting the length of time quotes but to wait longer with no notice is unacceptable. Then after the extra wait, go on SATURDAY to pick them up and no one can give them out??? On what is one of if not the busiest shopping day for Wal-Mart to have NO ONE who can help, who's idea is this? Could not even just pick up the glasses, never mind getting fitted. No glasses. No service. No help. There was no way to give a zero.

Made an appointment for the end of April then was called back to tell me they had a cancellation for April 6th and that I could have that appointment. They called me on the day of my appointment to tell me the doctor had called out of work and pushed my appointment to April 22nd. Today is April 22nd and they just called me a second time an hour before my appointment saying the doctor called out again and wouldn’t be available until May 25. After expressing to her how desperate I was for glasses as I cannot safely see to drive myself there was nothing they could do to get me in earlier even though they cancelled on me twice in a row.

I wear bifocals. The woman put my old glasses face to face with the new lenses in the frame I picked out in the store, and drew lines with a marker to mark the place where reading part of my new glasses would be. When I got my new glasses, they made me feel dizzy and I wasn't adjusting to them, even after several weeks and multiple frame adjustments. The line on one eye was always across my line of sight when looking ahead unless the glasses were very crooked on my face. Finally, I measured the distance from the bottom of the frame and the top of the inset. The left side was a tenth of an inch higher than the right side. On my old glasses, the right side was higher than the left side. While in Arizona, I stopped at a Walmart Vision Center and asked the optician there about the problem and he said I should go back and have them measure properly and make me new lenses. When I went back to the Dublin Walmart Vision Center, I spoke to a different optician, and explained everything, she said I was wrong. They use a machine to measure where the inset goes. I told her I never saw a machine. She went and got the other woman, who is the one I had been dealing with from the start, and that woman said I'll just give you your money back. Every time I was there, I was made to feel as though I was wasting her time.

Walked in with out an appt and Lajoy scheduled me right away. The Dr and her staff were professional and super sweet. Would recommend them to anyone. Thank you it really does go along way to be nice.
