I’ve had several appointments for yearly exams to getting new glasses & frames , it’s my whole families got to for all of our vision needs . The staff is so very helpful and especially the manager, I think she’s fairly new there but she went above and beyond to help my husband and I as we changed our insurance. Again a very pleasant experience every time.

The receptionist was VERY nice! Rating 1 star because they are unable to do eye exams because they don’t have a doctor. It isn’t the employees’ fault at all! A vision center without an eye doctor to do glasses or contacts exams is pretty pointless…hopefully they’ll get a doctor soon!
Hours of operation do not reflect hours in which a licensed optician is on duty. Here today 2 hours early for night shift and find I cannot pick up glasses ordered. An optician will be working at 11 am Monday 4 hours after nightshift duty. VERY sorry I chose Swainsboro over larger supercenters in Statesboro or Vidalia. Mean while I still do not know when I will be able to pick up my ordered glasses.
Their vision center clerk was EXTREMELY RUDE to my Mom on the phone!!! She obviously has a bad customer service attitude, and needs to find a new job not working with the public!!!
Took a day off from Work to get my eyes checked to sit there for them. To tell me they don't accept insurance. I don't know what's going on with this walmart but it's a complete mess
