Walmart Vision Center

Sharon helped me find the right eyeglasses for me. I love her energy, customer service skills, and her bi/ trilinggual skills are amazing! She is so friendly! literally easy to talk to. :)) Went on 06/01/26.

My first time visiting the vision center at Walmart Pearl City. Krystle and Nora were very welcoming and very helpful. They gave me a variety of options when it came to frames and lenses. Krystle was very patient and answered any questions I had regarding my insurance. I walked out of the vision center with ease and happy with my purchase. I would definitely come back for my future eye purchases. Thank you again Krystle and Walmart Vision Center Pearl City.

I was literally having trouble seeing and reading. My previous optometrist got my glasses and contact prescription wrong for 3 years! I thought I was just getting older. I decided to call Walmart Pearl City Optometrist to book appointment, they are booked out about a week, so that was a good sign. They are busy. The staff was quick and professional. The optometrist, she was also quick and professional. My contact lenses Rx was adjusted to perfection. My glasses Rx was also adjusted. With my new glasses, I can see all the way down the street at night, I can see the details on the moon, and I could see the stars twinkling. Wow. It’s a like the disney song, “whole new world” I also appreciate their late policy. It keep everyone’s appointments ontime. No time wasted waiting. THANK YOU!!

Sharon was so helpful. My husband picked glasses that didn't fit him properly, and she kept encouraging him to take his time and choose. On his fourth time coming back, he was happy with his frames he chose and thankful to her! Also just helping him get what was best for his eye sight. The care and attention that went into helping us was amazing! We're so grateful for their help, professionalism and expertise! 10/10 recommend.

I had visited this location because I was going to be in the area. I had wanted to return a pair of prescription glasses that I didn’t like. The lady that helped me said that because I had purchased this at another location she could not do the return and that I had to go back to the original store to return the glasses. When I did return to the original store the lady that helped me said that I could return it to any Walmart and that the lady just didn’t want to do the return. She completely lied to me.
