I received an eye glass prescription from Dr Kinkade and after getting new glasses my right eye vision was better when comparing my old glasses but the left eye was worse. I made a follow-up appointment where I had hoped to have a re-check. Kinkade questioned the quality control of the eyeglass source. He did not check my new glasses and refused to do a re-check of my eyes. I left his office with no resolution. I will research reporting him to the proper channels.

The Vision Center Manager, Taylor has been awesome in helping both myself and my husband with selecting frames, explaining lens options, fitting our new glasses and taking care of any issues. She is a very friendly face and we greatly appreciate her and her staff.
