I stopped in today after grocery shopping to see if I could get my glasses tightened. The lady at the Sioux Center Wal-Mart was very kind and immediately straightened and tightened my glasses to perfection. No charge. At age 70, I truly appreciate this service especially the kindness. Thank you!

Called and made appointment gave them my insurance card, the number etc. They called to remind me of appointment as they normally do but failed to mention that doctor did not take my insurance card. Arrived early, they informed me that he did not take my insurance so would cost me $95 for exam. Thank goodness I asked before exam if covered frames etc. they looked it up & they did not. Was a little irritated as I made an unnecessary trip that could have been avoided if had ran insurance before I arrived. What really upset me was the girl was very adamant the day I called that I had to give her my insurance card & number (I couldn’t find in my billfold)…lol. So I called back immediately once I found it….would not recommend just due to lack of customer service.

Stopped in to get a nose piece fixed and a heavier set lady that was blond was just sitting gossiping with a customer about other customers. Stood there for about 10 minutes waiting but they just kept gossiping. Ended up just leaving and going to another eye doctors. :/

Monica Sufle was absolutely wonderful. She is very knowledgeable about all insurance coverage, costs and products offered. She was courteous and made me feel confident in my choices. I will continue to use walmart vision and highly recommend them.

Monica is an amazing tech. She helped out when I couldn't get my glasses figured out with other places. A BIG thank you.
