Walmart Vision Center

I had a great experience at the Walmart Vision Center and wanted to leave a 5-star review for the entire team. Everyone there is consistently kind, patient, and incredibly helpful. They make the process smooth and welcoming from start to finish. Today, while I was in the store, the staff had to handle an especially difficult patient who was very unkind and challenging to work with. Despite that situation, they remained calm, professional, and respectful the entire time. It was honestly impressive to watch how well they handled the interaction while still taking care of other customers. Their professionalism and kindness did not go unnoticed. I truly appreciate the level of customer service they provide and would highly recommend this Vision Center to anyone looking for quality care and a friendly team.

Used to be awesome. But they hired a couple new women. They don't listen to what you say. I had to repeat myself multiple times. Then I had to write it down. Talk about unprofessional. Then they got there feelings hurt when I gut irritated and frustrated 😠 with em not listening to me. Pathetic behavior 🙄 Then they go and get there Manager because they're not qualified. Ridiculous. Before these 2 new employees it was fantastic. So hopefully you get a non April fools day. The fool were the 3 useless Employees I dealt with.

I worked with Angel to get my lenses replaced. She was in extremely attentive, asked a lot of questions to ensure I got the lenses I was looking for. She never tried to upsell me, which I really appreciate. I was very pleased with the care and attention I received.

Dr. Brewer is great and quick, professional. Daisy at the front is a delight and fun to talk with.
