I had a wonderful experience. The Doctor was very nice and the staff were very helpful. I was just going to get glasses like my old pair but the guy(can't remember his name) picked a pair for me. They were totally different and honestly not a pair I would of ever picked, but they looked great. I have been given so many compliments.
My daughter went to the Seymour Walmart vision center January 2nd. It is now January 24 and the test starter pair of contacts is still not in yet! My daughter already wears this brand but they won’t prescribe the contacts for her until she wears prescribed from this office first. She has been out of contacts now for a couple of weeks. This is pretty ridiculous and I suspect they forgot to order these. Now we will probably have to go to another doctor because she cannot continue to wait. I recommended this place to my daughter and I feel badly about how terrible her experience has been.
Absolutely horrible service from the office staff. Tried everything in my power to get contacts ordered in a reasonable amount of time and was made to wait 2 weeks to get the WRONG CONTACTS.
Had to stand before two employees and got no help. I know they seen me. Just ignored me.
