I’ve gone there for several years with no issues. On January 2 2025 I bought a pair of the expensive frames which after wearing for a month I realized weren’t sitting on my face right though ithey adjusted them twice on 2 separate visits. I hadn’t paid for a warranty because I’m 72 and never needed one before. Walmart is not going to help me with this. I’m stuck. If you can’t pay for a warranty don’t get stuck with them. Their interest in you as a customer is 0.

I went in for an appointment a month back and Dr. Acton was so patient with me and the care team is soo patient, I came in a month later for contacts on 4/2/23 and I can’t remember the nice woman’s name but she took her time and worked with me to make sure I ordered the right contacts and took the time to help me find the right pair of glasses for me ! She was sooo incredibly helpful. The glasses here and contacts are very affordable. 10/10 recommend. Thank you guys !
A great group of folks work in the Walmart Vision Center in Greenfield, IN. They always are smiling and have a great customer service. They are my preferred eye center now.
The eye doctor doing the exam was awesome, thorough, and great. He should be -it cost $75! All other places include the eye exam for free with the purchase of glasses. Since Walmart does not, I was shocked at how high the lenses were in $68 frames. Almost $500!!! I had to ask for a copy of my prescription, and asked the tech to make sure she wrote down all the information needed as I wasn’t placing the order right then. I called back less than an hour later to actually place the order, only to be told that I would have to come back in for a second appointment because they didn’t do all of the measuring required that they should’ve done. Really? I waited how long to get this appointment plus I work 60 hours a week with an hour commute each way. I will definitely never go back there. Their prices are higher than LensCrafters, and of course, they can’t begin to compete with America’s Best, Eyeglass World, let alone Warby Parker, etc. mail order. I will be going to Moody Eyes downtown Indianapolis next week to order glasses.
The optometrist, Dr Acton, is fantastic as well as his associates. He took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns and gave me positive options for my eye care needs. I trust him and the Walmart Vision & Glasses staff for my eye care and my families.
