Sadly they’ve lost any good employees they've. had over the past couple of years. Now Maria is leaving!! 😡. I don’t know who’s in charge of this place but they clearly don’t care about their customers. Luckily I found out that Dr. Kristine Jones sees patients at the South Bend location! Go there if you want to be treated decently.

I don't normally leave reviews, but I absolutely loved this place. I needed to find a new eye doctor, and figured I'd give this place a try. Don't let it being inside a Wal-Mart sway you away. Everyone was so nice and made me feel comfortable. Starting from the front desk guy, to the eye doctor, and even the lady who you finish up with. So I'm not sure what the bad reviews are for unless it was during another time. They even called to make sure to get the same contact brand I had through my last eye doctor. I'll gladly keep coming back!

A very thorough eye exam and a very helpful staff to help me pick out some frames. When I came in, less than a week later, to pick up my new specs, Andrew even stayed 10 minutes after they closed to get them just right! My experience here was as good or better than the boutique shop I had been going to and at less than half the cost. I’ll be back. This is my new eye place!

The Walmart Vision Center on Elkhart Road, Goshen, IN, provides the highest quality customer service, thorough eye exams, and beautiful, fashionable frames. I was just walking by the Vision Center, dropped in to look at their frames, and was so impressed with Antoinette's knowledge of their products and services that I made the decision to have an exam and buy my glasses there. After meeting the rest of their staff, including the doctor, it confirmed my high opinion about their organization. I taught customer service and sales for many years, and I recognize competent employees when I meet them. It's refreshing to meet employees who love their work, their company, and enjoy helping people.

My glasses came apart from what appeared to be a weak spot in the metal. I was told they could do nothing about it, because they don't stock that particular model anymore. Good reviews come from people who fortunately did not experience any issues. I was happy with Walmart until I had this issue. How a company reacts to problems says a lot. Caveat Emptor (Buyer Beware).
