Excellent service and explained everything well. Gave clear options and helped my family get glasses they are happy with.

We went to our local Walmart Vision to get new glasses. I was very happy with Joseph and Crystal. They helped us get the best price for our glasses and faxed the paperwork for us to ensure we get reimbursed by our insurance for out of network coverage. They answered all our questions about our eyewear. We will definitely go back to them to get glasses in the future

I have been very, very pleased with Joseph and Brenda as they adjust glasses here in Eldorado better than anyone else. Always very helpful and most knowledgeable. Thanks for all the good service.

Crystal is the best tech I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. She is extremely knowledgeable and very professional. She truly cares about her customers and wants to make sure they are taken care of. As long as she is there I will not go anywhere else and would 100% recommend The El Dorado location.

11 months ago I decided to try walmart for my new pair of glasses.. my sales associate was Joesph.. he was very knowledgable and nice, he helped me decide on the frames.. which I love and told me about their 1 yr replacement plan..for $20. So I bought it .. my lenses have become damaged. My daughter said oh they won't replace them ect.. so I almost didn't go in .. but I decided what the heck it's worth a try.. Joseph happened to be working.. he said absolutely we ll take care of it.. so I m awaiting my new lenses. Which will cost nothing!! I would recommend them 100% and appreciate Joesph so much! Thanks so much .. for the warranty working just like you said it would! I m thrilled!
