Walmart Vision Center

I went in to get my glasses repaired. I was promptly greeted by both employees. Both employees were with other customers. They were very efficient and got to me quickly. Omar helped me ans got my glasses fixed within just a couple of minutes. Omar was very friendly. I would highly recommend coming here for any repairs you need. I also browsed the frames on display and there was a large variety of trendy, stylish, and classic frames. I'll be purchasing my next pair here for sure, all of the prices were fair.

These folks are wonderful! I needed to get my glasses fixed and this vision clinic went above and beyond. They put a screw in, cleaned my glasses, and gave me a kit to keep them clean. All this in record time and with a smile. I highly recommend Walmart Vision & Glasses! Don’t go anywhere else.

The glasses are fine but the customer service really needs to improve. The Dr. didn’t even try to show any sort of simple customer service skills and when I went to pickup my glasses this past Friday the lady had an attitude. I was extremely polite the whole time but she was rude regardless, I told her my glasses were a little tight on my left side and she looked at it, said it looked fine and didn’t adjust it at all, she did adjust the right side but didn’t adjust the left despite me telling her it was too tight. The left side has been bothering me ever since I’ve brought them home…. super disappointed in the overall customer service.
