The staff here is really kind and helpful. I went in to get some assistance with a brand new pair of glasses, and they were able to resolve the problem and answer all of my questions that I had about my prescription. 10/10 would recommend going there :)
Every time I have been here has been easy. I wasn't sure they took WellCare so they had me call them. Everything was taken care of within 10 minutes. The guy that was helping me actually picked out my glasses and I am absolutely in love with them! They don't have the biggest selection, but they have super kind people and that makes it worth it!
The whole team was great. They worked within my budget. The eye exam was thorough. The glasses work perfectly. The turn around time was fast. I highly recommend this eye mart.
Customer service was above and beyond. I had a positive encounter with EVERY employee I spoke to in the vision center. Office was also stylish and clean. Definitely recommend.
My son and wife were attempting to get prescription glasses for my son. Had eye exam at the Elizabethtown Sam's Club several months back. The head lady at the Radcliff vision center was extremely rude and provided absolutely no customer service. Had to go back and forth regarding prescription information. Needless to say she did not provide any support or care in helping get new glasses. Very rude and no courtesy whatsoever. If you don't want to deal with horrible customer service DO NOT go the Radcliff Walmart Vision Center for your eye care needs.
