Walmart Vision Center

My husband Brandon and I visited Walmart Vision Center in Many, Louisiana today. We had the absolute pleasure of being assisted by Mrs Anna Carver (Vision Center Manager) This is the 1st time that we met Mrs Anna. And my husband and I both felt it was necessary to write a review about how AMAZING Mrs Anna is. My husband has a very advanced stigmatism which requires regular vision, bifocal and trifiocal lenses. So it is not your basic prescription. At my husband's age of 51, we have made many trips every 2-3 years to get prescription updated and make our selections for eyeglasses and sunglasses. And there are always so many different choices with the type of lenses such as Trivex, High Index, Polycarbonate and many frame options to choose from. So that can be a bit overwhelming...until we met Mrs Anna. First of all, she is so incredibly kind and welcoming. Her vast knowledge of all the different options was very impressive. She took the time to educate us on the specifics of each lens option in conjunction with the tilt of the frame to help him optimize his vision along with recommending the proper colored polarized lenses for fresh water fishing due to her knowing that my husband is a tugboat captain and also an avid golfer and fisherman. Its these sort of inquiries she made about his line of work and hobbies to be able to recommend these specific features to accommodate all of his vision needs. All of these fine details have never been so throughly explained, which made the process of picking out the exact perfect lenses and frames so easy to understand. And she was so nice to allow my husband to try many different frame options while kindly offering her honest opinion on how they look and fit my husband's face. Mrs Anna did not just say "take a look around and let me know what you pick"...she actually stuck with us every step of the way. And never once made us feel rushed as we took up over 1 hour of her time. She is very personable and even shared with us her impressive history in the ophthalmology world but also shared with us the reason for her choosing this career path due to her daughter having vision issue from a very young age. Her kind disposition and her excellent customer service truly touched my husband and I. We can't say how blessed we are to have such a phenomenal Vision Center Manager in our little town of Many, La.. Brandon and I highly recommend Mrs Anna Carver to anyone who is in need of vision care. You will walk away feeling confident about your choice of eyeglasses on every level and you will feel genuinely cared about...not just as another customer of the day, but as a very valued customer that is truly cared for and appreciated.THANK YOU SO MUCH MRS. These folks are always super friendly and helpful. I had bought a pair of glasses from a place in Shreveport, but they were very uncomfortable. I stopped in and discussed it with the lady who works there, and she outfitted my glasses with new nose pads that are more comfortable and soft silicon sleeves for the temple tips or earpieces. There was a nominal fee and the cost of the merch, but it was very affordable and well worth the small amount paid because I didn't have to buy new glasses. I have used my prescription to purchase eyewear there and was very satisfied with the fit and service. I have not seen the optometrist, but will update my review if I do.

Super fast and friendly service. My glasses came in earlier then expected which didn't bother me whatsoever. Not to mention always superd job with both my parents and myself.

Wouldn't fix a little girls glasses bc they weren't purchased there.
