Walmart Vision Center

We've used Dr. Fontenot for years even though he is out of network. The customer service has had a dramatic decline in over the past year. They need to take their time and get things correct the first time instead of making the customer feel as if we are bothering them. I have been waiting about 5 weeks for a simple issue to be resolved to no avail. They keep stating they will "call me back", which never happens. It's sad that I had to pay for an exam just to have to do it all over with another company just to order a set of contacts.

I had such a great experience at the Walmart vision center today. Beckah was incredibly friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about her products and on a side note she smelled lovely! Great job, ladies! (Natosha was wonderful too).

We all know Wal-Mart is not known for their customer service. The Vision Center definitely is. Please see Dr.Fontenet for your eye care needs The staff is friendly and professional. The ladies are very educated on what they are doing. I think her name is Beckah. She was exceptional with her customer service. She was friendly and down to earth. I will choose Dr.Fontenet office any day. You should too!

I absolutely enjoy my annual visits here to see Dr. Fontenot. The kindness and professionalism of his staff makes the experience great! Chasady, the optician, assisted me before and after my appointment, and did a phenomenal job. She was so sweet, answered all of my (sometimes weird) questions, and we shared a few laughs! 10/10 will recommend visiting Dr. Fontenot and his amazing staff!

Just got an eye exam for contacts and glasses. Dr. Fontenot was great, did a wonderful job! All the ladies that assisted in store were very helpful and friendly. No pressure to buy, buy, buy like other places I've gone. I left very happy with a pair of glasses that I love and didn't spend a fortune.
