Both me and my dad went here to get my glasses and we had the same person named Karen. I personally have never met someone who knows so much about their job in my life! She came right up to me (side note I am one of the most indecisive people ever and picking out glasses always gives me massive anxiety) and immediately started guiding me based on what I was looking for and what would fit me best. By the end of my appointment I didn’t just have new glasses I had a whole new appreciation for just how much goes into them! When it was time for my dad to go in she not only remembered me but she immediately saw I was in need of a slight adjustment (so slight I didn’t even notice until she said something) and fixed them right up for me while simultaneously helping my dad as well as being the only person in the office! She went through all the options with us and explained any questions we had (and some we didn’t even know we should’ve been asking!). Long story short Karen is absolutely fantastic and I can’t recommend her enough!!
