First time shopper for eye glasses and female clerk was condescending and clearly didn’t want to be working. Firstly, she told me my script was barely a prescription level then asked if I have insurance. Upon looking at my script, she said it was expired. Fair point. She then asked if it was my eye Dr who told me I need glasses? I just handed her a prescription from my Dr! 🤦🏻‍♂️ I don’t want to wear glasses in the first place so she was a good deterrent

I was waiting for my boyfriend to cash a check and as I just got my first eyeglasses I went in to the eye center to look around. The woman who was working, I believe her name was Donna, was so incredibly nice! She tightened my new glasses which she noticed were not right, she saw they were dirty and cleaned them, and also gave me a few glass cleaner pads!!! This type of customer service is unheard of lately!! She was so nice that going forward I will be going back to that Walmart( Fall River!) To get any glasses in the future!!!

I went to this location this past week to figure out how to go about getting an Exam and glasses. I found out they do not have an eye doctor but accept outside prescriptions. The two women that were working even took the time to help me find places that accept my insurance for the exam ( it’s a new plan). I found out that they did accept it for glasses and they went over all my benefits with me. This was by far one of the best interactions I’ve had in years with a business. These two women were down to earth, helpful and so caring. I even offered to buy them coffee. The manager smiled and just said have one for us. I will be back after the first week of December!

Walmart isn't the greatest of stores, but their Vision centers are excellent. Used them for 10 years, over 3 different locations, and every location went above and beyond to help. I'd whole heartedly recommend their services to everyone I meet.

An unfortunate victim of the Gabriel House fire in Fall River 07/13/25 lost her eyeglasses in the evacuation… the Red Cross tracked down her eye Rx Advanced Eye Care and her frames ordered in Jan 2025 and WalMart ordered a replacement for her (with supervisor approval)… Carl was professional, diligent and saw to their patient’s needs efficiently…😇
