Christopher Ralph assisted me with my prescription glasses, and he truly took his time to make sure everything was just right. He carefully checked that my glasses fit well and that my bifocals were adjusted perfectly. He was very nice, patient, and friendly throughout the entire process. The centre is clean, well lit, has a variety of different glass frames for men, women, and children and has a good assortment of related care products. Prices are competitive. The service is amazing. Multiple team members to assist you most times. Wait time is very short, but if you come in when they have many people waiting and are in the middle of providing service to multiple customers, you might have to wait a bit. I found them to be knowledgeable and very helpful in getting new lenses and they provided honest information and didn't try to upsell me. They stand by their products and their service. A+ customer service, A++ for vision care. My optometrist recommended them over all the other local offices for my glasses and I can see easily why that recommendation was made. If your prescription or frames do not work well for you, take them back. They will work with you arrive at a reasonable solution. Thanks Zane and Josh! Great work!

Great Service. Great prices. Awesome staff. A young gentleman who may be the Vision Center manager spent a good deal of time with me, explained each step of the process, patiently explained new features available while he brought me up to date on today's vision terminology. It was an overall good experience. I recommend this business, and I appreciate the great staff.

Went to Wal-Mart vision center. Waited 15 mins and not one person asked me what I needed help with. I just had a simple question and would not have taken much of their time.
