Walmart Vision Center

Shannan was amazingly fast helpful and courteous when I went in for an emergency frame replacement. She knew exactly what frames to go for and found the perfect fit for my lenses on the first try. Amazing service, great price and the best staff ever.

I came into this specific Walmart to get glasses because I heard they were world-renowned for their customer service and boy, that couldn't have been more accurate. Upon first walking into the vision center I was immediately greeted and had all my needs taken care of right away. Shannan was especially helpful in guiding me to choose the right frames that fit my face. I couldn't be happier with my experience and will absolutely be returning to this vision center for all my optometrically based needs. I personally recommend anyone looking for new glasses to visit this vision center and get Shannan's expert advice.

A week ago, I came to this location and had a wonderful experience. i was helped by a young lady named Shannan, she greeted me as soon as i walked in. i was looking at getting new glasses, so shannan walked me through the store to show me the glasses they had in store and eventually, she sold me on a pair of glasses and i had an issue with my insurance and the manager Ashley assisted me with figuring out my issues. Would come back 10/10 everybody was so nice and eager to help.

I came in to get glasses and the girls here were so kind and helpful. Patient while I was picking my frames out, they all gave great advice and tips as to which frame to pick and which lenses would be best with my prescription... above and beyond customer service! Barbara and Ashley were so kind and helpful, and also very knowledgeable about my needs based off of my prescription. I have gone to many optical stores but will always return here.

This Vision Center is by far one of the best! Shannan helped me pick out my glasses and explained all the different lenses. I left feeling like she cared about what I needed and wanted. Thank you so much!
