My wife and I had our prescription glasses from Vision center Novi on July 17th.The service provided by Jabessa was awesome. She was very thorough and helpful. Our sincere wishes and appreciation to her

DR. was nice. Staff started out friendly, then became rude and agitated after multiple failed attempts to get my glasses right ( 3 attempts). Kept getting this weird purple glare that they were unable to correct. They wanted to agrue about the remakes. They also wanted to start my warranty before i even recieved a working set of glasses....Bad Business Practice to say the least. They also Had to remake my daughters glasses cause she was seeing Green everywhere, but were able to correct her glasses on the 2nd remake...In the end they tried to scam me out of a refund, and non working glasses. Ended up getting a full 370$ refund...That vision center needs serious quality control. I have never ever had an issues with glasses before this failed attempt..You guys can do better up there Tiffany....

Bought glasses about 6 months ago. The lens fell out (they fixed that)and now the coating is coming off of them. Called and they said bring them in and we will see what we could do. Went and they said sorry we can't help. Why tell me to go up there. Bought glasses there for years. Service and quality has gone down. Guess I take my business elsewhere from now on. UPDATE. Called the office again and told the rep that said they could assist me but the assoc would not assist. He is now taking care of the issue.

Standing here Right now. The "assistant" lied and said she needed 30 minutes. I return 25 minutes later, not only is she helping someone else, but said, "I haven't even started on you yet." I gave her a receipt to look up my name and information and everything. Take your insurance somewhere that your glasses won't break in less than 6 months and you won't get lied to about getting them fixed. Go somewhere else especially if you don't want to deal with rude, optical assistants.
