My husband went here for a vision check up but requested his prescription instead of ordering glasses in the store. Prescription was wrote so poorly that we couldn't hardly read it and was missing pertinent information and measurements. Now mind you, when I took my daughter there a year ago, I got her prescription including all of her measurements just fine. When we questioned the missing information and a translation of the info that was on the paper. The two females in the store at the time only gave me attitude. Prior to today I would have recommended, but not after today. Be warned if, you plan on taking your prescription and ordering elsewhere, you are in for a fight. Horribly poor customer service.... if you even want to call it that.

They do offer quite a few options for glasses, but it can be difficult to find an appointment as check-ups are in high demand.
Called looking to book an appointment and no one answered the phone, I stayed on the line just for kicks to see how long it would take for them to answer and gave up after over 15 minutes, when the phone with an automated voice said they couldn't answer the phone right now. I did not call close to opening, closing, or lunch time.
