10/10 Service! Got me right in and right out! I came in with a broke set of Frames that I had purchased elsewhere & rather than waiting weeks to receive them via order Sam helped me find a pair of frames that would work with my Current Lenses & Swapped them out for me! Now my new Frames Fit Better, Saved me $40+ & Even look a more Up to date vs my old ones! (Not to knock the 90’s style frames at all) THANKS SAM!
I've been getting glasses for years and have never had a better experience than with Baker Eye Care at Walmart in Marshall, Minnesota. I wish I would've gone there all along. The staff is very friendly, caring and helpful. Dr. Baker is the model of professional eye doctors. He is friendly, knowledgeable, easy going and cares about you and your eye health. I would recommend this business to anyone and have many times already!
They prescribed me the wrong contacts... We did the exam, and where we ended up, I could see perfect, but he changed the prescription after the exam, and the contacts and glasses I order, were blurry. I asked about it and I was told that he thought they might be too strong, so he changed it without telling me...
I had to wait two weeks for my appointment. Why waiting so long?. And the person who booked my appointment was very rude. I think her name is Sam
