Walmart Vision Center

My husband and I purchased glasses from Walmart . The customer service was excellent when we ordered glasses and picked up. Both optical associates were great! Very friendly, helpful and efficient. Nice calm clean friendly environment. On both visits I observed both optical associates helping someone who didn’t speak English. Customer was using interpreter service provided by Walmart. The patience and kindness the associates had was excellent. I was really impressed! This is also a really busy location and both optical associates greeted all who walked in with a hello and a smile even though they had a customer in front of them! Excellent selection of eye wear and amazing prices!! We will be back!😀

Purchased contact Lenses today and had a very pleasant experience. The lady helping me was so nice and patient while helping me. Her name tag was flipped over so I don’t know her name. But thank you!

I always get a great deal on glasses here in comparison with optical stores. The Brooklyn Park store has Anthony. He is always very pleasant and patient with me. He is always eager to fix any issues or problems. Every place has issues, but it's the willingness to fix them that really counts. Will always get glasses from here.

Thawonda helped me out last week when I ordered glasses and also today when I picked it up. Her customer service is excellent. I'll be sure to go there from now on for glasses.
