I had a great experience here! The staff is helpful and friendly, and I even got a phone call to move my appointment up due to cancellations, so they are very efficient. Dr. Toebben was thorough and answered all of my questions and concerns, and there is a huge selection of frames to choose from. Ask about their current sale. Their prices are reasonable and you get in and out really quickly! I recommend this office for your eyecare needs!

Very professional and excellent customer service! Great quality at an affordable price. I received my glasses 4 days before expected. I'm very pleased with how much this location's vision center has changed.

Called this morning to make an appointment for a new prescription. The lady who answered the phone said “we don’t have a doctor right now” which is a bit of a confusing answer so I asked, “do you ever have a doctor?” To which she rudely explained they were between doctors and had been for awhile. I wasn’t aware I needed to be up to date on every doctor this Wal Mart vision center has gone through which after asking around seems to be quite a few. Work on your customer service because you’re not the only place around and apparently you don’t even have a doctor.

Not the same doctor or doctors that were there previously. The new one is great especially with the kids. Very friendly
