I order a pair of 160.Ray-Bans from this place . They tell me I can pick them up on the 6th. Called on the 6th. And they haven't received them yet but they have been shipped. So I call on the 7th and the lady tells me that they haven't received them . I say we'll I know they have been shipped and they should have been there by now. Could she check k on this for me. Then she tells me they are there but they haven't been checked in yet. .. This is a Friday. She tells me that the girl that checks the glasses in isn't there today won't be here tomorrow so I have to wait till Monday to pick them up. That really made me upset. How hard is it yo check some glasses in . Well I'm up here today which is Saturday .cause I want my glasses . I can't see and I'm going out of town . I can't wait till Monday. This lady hands me my NEW glasses with smudges and fingerprints all over them. And wasn't gonna hand me my case that they go in. Had to ask for that. Didn't ask if they fit ok or nothing. ,VERY RUDE. WILL NOT EVER GO BACK IN THAT PLACE AGAIN.....
This is one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever experience... they don’t speak, acknowledge their customers and have the worse attitude. Example of tacky and unprofessional
