Steven Bruce is extremely patient when explaining our insurance benefits. He’s knowledgeable about the glasses. Our family has been going to Walmart vision care for several years now. Walmart Vision Care has a large selection of glasses at a great price with amazing customer service. Stephen is another employee who is helpful. Julio is a new employee and he is super friendly.

Excellent customer service. Steven Bruce helped choose great sunglasses and regular glasses easy. Great value and quick turnaround. I highly recommend!

The girl who answered the phone was very rude; I asked for a price quote for contact lenses but didn't know the brand, so she just told me to look up the brand and hung up on me. Pathetic customer service—they lost four customers because of this... pathetic.

The two guys at that place have a really bad attitude — honestly, terrible. My sister and I went to ask about a few pairs of glasses and get more information before buying, and one of them just said he didn’t have any information. I asked for a business card so I could contact someone or get clearer details, and he said they didn’t have cards, brochures, or anything. I found that extremely disrespectful because it showed he didn’t care about helping or providing information. His coworker was the same, just looking at his phone and not assisting at all. Honestly, if they don’t like customer service, they shouldn’t be working in it. Terrible service.

Purchased a new pair of glasses/frames. The sales rep asked if I wanted warranty on the frames with a list of what it entails. Failed to mention that the warranty is only valid for ONE YEAR.
