Walmart Vision Center

So the actual eye doctor part is amazing. Wonderful, helpful and nice people. Then you get over to the Walmart vision center. Yikes! I don't know the ladys name but you'll know her when you meet her. I have no idea how she is still working there other than, it's Walmart and nobody wants to work since stupid covid. This is just one experience I've had with her. I called, she answered. I asked what time they closed and before I could even finish she goes WHAT do you WANT?! So I replied back WHAT TIME do you close?! 4:30 for pickup? And I hung up bc I ain't got enough time in my day to deal with rude people. I've dealt with her before and she makes rude remarks and is just all around unpleasant to work with.

Excellent customer service today while scheduling my first appointment here. Linda, I believe was her name, was very helpful and friendly. Looking forward to my visit. First impressions mean a lot.

My experience with the optican and with the techs there have been nothing short of awesome. Both were very professional, caring, and very helpful. I returned my glasses after one day because they laid on my face too much. It was because of the particular frame I had chosen. They helped me choose a more suitable frame and got right on changing them out. Thanks to the Walmart family!

I really love the vision center here, they always answer the phone when I've called and been super nice. The Dr takes his time and doesn't make you feel he is rushing through the exam he makes sure everything is right . Any concerns and they listen .

Poor customer service today when I picked up my glasses. The woman just handed them to me with offer of making adjustments to them. is is just me or is it not accustomed to ensure proper of glasses without having to ask?
