If I can rate this place a negative I would. I’m sitting here now at the doctor’s office with my daughter as I’m typing this!!! My Appointment time is at 12… it’s 12:20 So I went and asked the front desk if we needed to wait to see the doctor since we were just picking up her contacts. The front desk who’s just playing games on their phones tells me she’s with a patient… once again appoint time was at 12… the doctor just walked out… and guess what NO PATIENT was with her!!! It’s now 12:38!! We have been the only customers in the office since I arrived!! I hate being lied to!! All they had to do was tell me she’s eating lunch and I would come back in 30 min. No biggie, it’s Walmart… I have shopping to do anyways!! But lie to me and waste my time!! This is bull!!! Gets my blood boiling!!

HORRIBLE! The only employee there, Veronica, was rude, impatient and refused to help. My son broke one of the arms on his glasses and I was just trying to get frames to put the lenses as he can’t see. She refused to help at all and said we didn’t buy the frames there, which we did, I have the receipt. Not only that, she is super slow and even with a line of people waiting she didn’t hurry or greet is in any manor. I get that this a Walmart vision center but c’mon, you can do better with the staffing. She wasted our time and was very ignorant and rude!

Staff are awesome and the pricing of any contacts with out insurance can be expensive, that's ok with me. Also these guys are professionals. Delivery can take up to a week that's is Ok.

I came in today on June 7th at 1:15 p.m. The Black lady was very rude and didn't want to help me. Other glasses and vision centers at Walmart in different locations were nice enough to help me with my glasses ect. However this lady didn't. She just wanted me to leave. Which I did. If you are looking for Customer service, people with hospitality, I would say go to a different vision center. I would not recommend this location.

Very impressed with the professional, thorough exam my granddaughter received from Dr Floyd Stewart. Also, he was very kind and compassionate. I would definitely recommend this place and will be coming here when my exam is due.
