Walmart Vision Center

Great customer service! I was immediately greeted when entering Vision Center. Ginny was awesome - very kind, thorough and helpful. She made sure that I understood my options and cost. My glasses came in quickly - 5 days prior to estimated arrival. The associate at pick up today was equally eager to assist and very helpful. Positive experience!!

I dealt with most of the opticians with my order due to the store closing for renovations. And they were all good, very easy to deal with. But I am taking time outta my day because of Trina. SHE GOT IT RIGHT! I’ve had glasses most of my life. I have been to the highest rated (& priced) local Optician’s & the lowest rated, & a couple others in between, over the yrs. I’ve done single vision, super duper progressive, contacts, all of them. It never occurred to me to go to this Walmart due to having worked at the “highest rated” local eye Dr for a couple yrs. I heard horror stories. Walmart was a last ditch effort to get a pair of glasses, that actually work. I was not hopeful but tired of paying SO much, to not be able to see. I do have a somewhat difficult Rx (near, far, & Astigmatism). Miss Trina figured it out! I have been taking off my glasses to see my phone or computer for so long that I am having to retrain myself to stop doing it. She said that they wouldn’t work for distance. I must admit, she was wrong there. I CAN SEE EVERYTHING!! The distance gets a bit wishiwashy, as she said it would. But I’ll take it! So very much KUDOS to Miss Trina!! Someone give this woman a BONUS?! PLEEEASE!? She deserves it! Thank u THANK U! I WILL BE BACK TO WALMART VISION….as long as Trina’s there. I should mention that Dr Le was great too. As I said, I have worked at an eye Drs office. I’ve never seen an exam like hers, thorough but unique. She was very pleasant & when I needed my Rx written differently, she did it immediately. And I suppose she maaay have had something to do with my being able to see EVERYTHING too.😏

I was on vacation and lost my only pair of glasses in the ocean. Dr. Lee and the rest of the folks here were very kind and got my vision back in no time at all. Couldn’t have had a more positive experience.

I’ve been doing business with the Vision Center inside of Walmart for at least 15 years! I’ve never been disappointed, always friendly - and eager to help! They are always willing to “run numbers” and find you the best deal they can. My vision requires a very strong prescription and they always make sure I have high quality lenses and stay true to what they say. Their $20 insurance on your purchase is UNBEATABLE, and filing a claim is the easiest experience ever. If you purchase glasses from them, PAY EXTRA for the warranty it may save you hundreds in the end!

Many of the people I know see Dr Lee for their eye care. Let me just say she is hands down the best eye doctor I’ve ever been too!! Thank you so much Dr Lee!! I cannot recommend her enough!!! What are you waiting for go see Dr Lee!!!
