Walmart Vision Center

I had an absolutely incredible experience at the Walmart vision center. After asking for help from several other optometrists in the area related to a very unique problem with my contact lenses, I spoke with Joan, the optometrist at Walmart vision center, and she was a breath of fresh air. She took time out of her schedule and answered all my questions and invited me to come in to get the help I needed. I couldn’t believe how kind and helpful she was. After hearing no everywhere else, Joan and the amazing people at Walmart vision Center said yes and literally saved my trip! Thank you so much!

Ashlee was very kind, patient, respectful and honest in working with my parents and I trying to help my elderly mom find glasses. She knows all about insurances and was is accepted and not. If you are looking for glasses go see Ashlee at the Walmart in Fargo on 13 th Ave.

Walked in today because I lost a pad on my glasses. They greeted me promptly and said oh yeah no problem we can do that. Maybe 3 minutes later he was done. Mind you I didn’t even buy these glasses here originally. When I asked what do I owe ya? He said no charge free service for ya. Awesome customer service. They do need a tip jar!

Ashlee sold me the best pair of glasses ever! I didn’t even need glasses, but she knew exactly which shape of frame would look best on me. I fell in love with the pair she showed me and appreciate her so much!! A++++++

Joan was very friendly and helpful to my daughter and I when we needed to pick a new pair of glasses. Would recommend her to any parent when bringing kids in to find first pair of glasses :)
