Dr. Kim is the best! She is very thorough, takes her time to listen, and makes sure everything is checked carefully. I never felt rushed during my visit. She truly cares about her patients and provides excellent service. I would definitely recommend her to everyone looking for a great eye doctor at Walmart Vision Center!
Customer service could be better, It feels like they won't really listen to your needs and they'll just attend to you to charge you. If there is a problem with your prescription you will have to waste a lot of time calling, waiting for them to be available and going to the place because they don't even respond to contact lens stores when they call to confirm changes in your prescription. Not recommended.
I had a great experience at the Walmart Eye Care Center in Garfield, NJ. The staff was friendly, professional, and made the entire process easy from start to finish. The eye exam was thorough, and the optometrist took the time to explain everything clearly. They also had a good selection of frames at reasonable prices.
