I had a great experience at the Walmart Vision Center today. My glasses frame had come loose, and Shafi helped tighten and fix it right away. He was friendly, professional, and very efficient. Thanks to him, my glasses are as good as new. Really appreciate his excellent service!
I had a great experience getting my eye exam and ordering glasses and contacts. Office staff was kind and helpful, especially Tonya, who worked with me on my insurance coverage. Dr. Hashid is very knowledgeable and friendly. He also had some good recommendations about how to get the most out of. my contacts.
I think this is the best glasses shop. The staffs are really nice. They explain your payment process better than any other shop. They have a wide variety of frames. Definitely recommend this shop to others. I am really happy with the service. Infact I have been getting my glasses from this store for about 3 years now. I had no problems what so ever. They can even fix small things such as loose screws on the frame for free!
Walked in trying to explain how my online order was delayed and I had run out of contacts and the woman working there was immediately dismissive and practically didn’t bother to listen to me at all. Just said that I need my prescription with me to buy any contacts when my account is in Walmarts system already. Very unprofessional from someone with a career in medical care.
