Walmart Vision Center

Terrible customer service. I wanted a pair of Ray Bans and I was looking out front at a set for about 3 to 5 minutes. I didn't see anyone in the front so I casually walked to the doorway leading to the back and calmly asked if anyone was in the back. This lady threw a fit yelling "I was only back here for 10 seconds and you need to learn how to be patient!" Then she came up front and tells me "patients isn't your strong suit" I asked about the glasses and even though it was going to take longer than I wanted, I really wanted them. I would have bought them but she was extremely rude when I was asking about them. So I decided to take my business elsewhere. I don't recommend anyone to come here for their vision needs

I've been trying to get used to and wear glasses for over 20 years. About 2 months ago I was finally able to get used to wearing them. I was wearing a pair made at the eye doctor and another I bought online. Between the two pairs I was able to get through the day, but neither was comfortable enough to keep on the entire day. I went in maybe 6 weeks ago and optician Kim was nice enough to adjust both pairs for me, even though neither pair was bought from the store. She did such a great job I am able to wear either pair for the entire day. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, and adjusted them to exactly what I needed. Can't thank her enough! I actually just bought another pair online and of course they needed adjusting. I saw Marc and told him what was bothering me. He had them adjusted in about 2 minutes and they were perfect first try. Wonderful staff! I feel guilty they don't charge for adjustments because I would absolutely pay! I'll have to go for my and my daughter's next pair. They have a huge selection! Highly recommend!

We visited this Walmart Vision Center the other day. Had some questions about the contact lenses and was greeted promptly by Ms.Kim Jacobs. She was really nice and very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. We ended up ordered our prescription there and was given all the details. We left and felt the whole process was very smoothly done and exceeded our expectations. Definitely will come back for all our prescription needs.

I really wanted to state what excellent service I received. Knowledgeable, courteous and most of all Professional!! I was having issues with my old prescription on an older pair of glasses. I decided to try Walmart Vision and glasses. All I can say was I was thoroughly impressed with Nicole. Not only was she super friendly, she met all my needs and was soooo good to my elderly aunt who was with me. She made her feel so comfortable and she will now be going there.

Wow, what a great experience! I normally deal with getting glasses at the eye doctors office. Someone told me of their great experience at Freehold Walmart Vision and they were right. My glasses were done perfectly in 4 days, the price was very good and the staff more than helpful. Highly recommend! Janice W.
