Everyone was so friendly! Even though I took awhile to pick out new glasses, I didn't feel rushed at all. I definitely recommend this location. The workers are so kind

Terrible terrible experience doctor kept arguing with me and cutting me off. Never again when I go back there or even refer anybody for that sake

The doctor was extremely nice. The women upfront were rude and unhelpful. Kept arguing with me that my insurance doesn’t cover any kind of frames or lenses, I left and went to the Vision center on Tiffin Ave and they looked everything up and it was covered by my insurance. Unhelpful staff at this location to say the least.

Both the doctor & the staff were kind, patient, & knowledgeable. I had a lot of questions & they answered & explained in a way I would understand. They really treated me like they wanted to help as best as they could!
