My dr was great and the staffed helped me figure out insurance and billing.she even answered questions for me and was very educated. I just wish I would have known the total before I went. Contact and glasses eye examination 110.00$. two pairs of frames 56$ each 105.00$ after my insurance. And my Contacts are roughly estimated 170.00$!! I just go to the eye dr every other year probably more if I don’t see a big difference in my sight.

These people are the best and do lots of great work! I can't remember the name of the person who helped me (Kinsy? Dang, it started with a K and I feel bad) but she was great. Others have also been awesome over the years. But this place must be really well run because the customer service I've experienced (over 7-10 years) has been exceptional. So, keep up the great work team! And those looking at the reviews, maybe give the bad reviews a little less credit. They're dealing with a lot and giving all they got. People don't take the time to write good reviews very often. A++, rock on team!
I will not be going back to the WalMart vision center, nor would I recommend it to anyone else. The doctors are nice, but it was way too expensive. I needed a last minute appointment because I scratched my eye, that's the only reason I went. But the visit & followup alone were $128, and the drops they prescribed were $76 for a little bottle that I needed for 3 days. And when I went to urgent care to try to get a cheaper prescription, the eye drops were $9. Talk about overcharging, WalMart! When I asked about the price, she said there was nothing she could do because the physicians set the price. I wasn't charged correctly for my original visit, through no fault of my own, and she still couldn't do anything about the price. Not happy. Not my fault I was charged incorrectly. They quoted me $30-$90, and it was $128, which is not okay. I don't have extra money to just spend.
Thank you very much Kindra for the great help and the great customer service you have shown me. If you go to the vision center and Kindra is around, you will not regret your visit, you got my word. And if you are not satisfied with the service, just ask for Kindra. If I had my own business place , I would hire her and pay her the highest. I pray to God Kendra you get a raise you deserve it.
Friday. July 5, 2019. Sign says be back at 3:30. I was here at 3:30 waiting now for 15 minutes. Other customers have come and got tired of waiting. Walmart workers just walk by without a word. One star is too high. THEY DONT CARE!!!
