Extremely disappointed with the customer service at the Walmart Vision Center. I stood at the counter for several minutes while employees talked among themselves and never acknowledged me. If this is how customers are treated before even making an appointment, I don’t feel confident returning. Taking my business elsewhere. 12/27/2025

I don't know why it's 2.8 stars. This is the best Wal-Mart Vision location in Columbus. I made my appointment for the wrong location and even though they were extremely busy, they went out of their way to get ahold of that location to cancel my appointment so they could see me. The staff is super friendly and the store is super clean

Followed one of the staff and I thought also the doctor, from the south high location that closed. Although Mary is always helpful, I’ve had nothing but issues. Even after calling several times, 2 months later and the “2-3 day” to receive a trial contact, that I don’t want anyway (toric) It’s still never came in. Asked for the last month for them to just finalize my regular (non toric) lenses so I can order, and now they’re making me come back in, why???. I came in and stood here for 30 minutes, not even acknowledged, to check in. Once checked in they can’t find my file. They see me on the computer, but no file. I’m finding out if I can change locations since this one obviously is not ran well.

I usually don’t write reviews, but I want to point out two Walmart staff members at the Morse location: a slim Caucasian girl with dark hair at the front and a short, stout African American lady behind her. This is your job, not a playground or comedy hall. When I visited your branch earlier this week to pick up my glasses, the Caucasian lady asked me for my receipt. I was confused because I didn’t recall receiving one. The African American lady then came out and said, "Oh, I know why you don’t have your receipt; I have it." I replied, "Oh, that makes sense because I don’t recall ever getting a receipt." They both started laughing, saying, "Now she's acting like she knew about the receipt." It was really weird. I am a customer, not an experiment for the silly, manipulative games you play. I didn't know what to think of it, so I left with grace, but it later dawned on me that it was all a childish plot. You have to be able to find validation within yourselves, not from provoking others or unnecessarily trying to maintain a form of superiority. Half the time, you don't even know who is who. Please respect yourselves. Value your jobs and positions.

After South High location closed, hadn't needed an exam as I had enough contacts...fast forward 2 years and I needed some pretty quickly. Went outside the company and everywhere was a 6 to 8 week out schedule. I decided to drive to Walmart Main St. Vision and was told it would be a month. Took a chance and drove to Morse spot. Got an appointment for the next week. I'm happy to see Dr. Liu, Mary, and Mirella. Great crew and grateful to be back on schedule.
